About Experience Teaching Abroad Ltd
Experience Teaching Abroad is a UK limited company registered in England. We are predominantly an international teacher recruitment agency, however we also specialize in providing TEFL training courses through our education partners. Currently we specialize in offering teaching placements in South Korea and Thailand. For over three years ETA has assisted university graduates to secure quality teaching placements abroad.
We mostly serve candidates from countries whose native language is English, due to most schools abroad demanding a more Western accent that their students can imitate. We sometimes serve candidates from countries whose second language is English but only those who have near-perfect native English proficiency.
We deal with our worldwide recruitment from the UK and our offices are located near Bristol, England.

• Mike Maitland
• A founding member of ETA. Mike was once a TEFL teacher in Thailand,
and can speak lower intermediate Thai. He is quite knowledgable when
it comes to Thailand and teaching English and is himself a UK trained teacher.
When he's not chattering away to potential teachers he enjoys watching the footie.
